Wasting your
energy on negative thoughts and feelings is like wasting your life away. Shift your
thoughts to positive ones, and try to focus on the good things in your life. You
will instantly feel better and bring more good things to your life, in the long
run.
When I feel
down and depressed, I listen to some music or look at photos which bring back happy
memories. I feel better, and I know I’m shifting my future to a positive track.
