This review is from: I Can See You (Emma Willis Book 1) (Kindle Edition)
This is one of those books that once you get started you just can’t put them down. I was totally smitten by Emma Willis—a smart and mature beyond her age, ten-year-old who has inherited from her grandmother a special gift of intuition and extraordinary abilities she is trying hard to master. Emma goes through hell trying to help police detective Hank Apple to find a serial killer of little girls. She proves to be braver than most adults, and her love, kindness, and willingness to put herself in danger in order to save others touches the lives of everyone around her.
This novel had it all: mystery, suspense, romance, and paranormal elements. The characters—from Emma, her parents, her grandmother, her aunt, her school teacher, and the detective to the serial killer—are multi-dimensional, well-developed, and compelling.
I think this book would make a great movie.
